I find myself struggling to draw art, even when I have time for it. I guess I'm weighted down so much on the commissions that are due, the Stuck and Steamed Project, and the 'art' I do on the 'other sites', that I feel like I'm burned out. So for now I'm really just doing what I feel like doing in terms of art, drawing whenever it suits me and doing my own ideas. I know I'm hella late on those commissions and comics, but what can I do?

I'll try to do my best getting back to commissions, I just have to do my own thing right now. Plus with all the DA drama about the art policies and such, I have less incentive to draw something fun and sexy because it just gets taken down anyway. I still believe its a dumb rule to not allow aged characters, or allow KP to be finally 18 since she achieved that at the end of the series. There's no point for the mature tag for DA if these kinds of rules are in place.

I reall fell like you, DA's rules most time really to hard and stupid and than this stupid trolls they don't have better to do to be shocking because a little bit sexyness and go to the DA guys and say "THATS NOT GOOD! THATS PERV; MANY PEOPLE LIKE IT; BUT I'M ONLY NOT....blah, because (sinnless words and stuff) blah, blah...DELETE IT"! What FOR IDIOTS ARE THIS? What so bad on a little bit erotic? Thats the life! And we don't need this mature thing because this bastards delete this pics so or so...Thats STUPID!! special because such pics the most time the best. You see: I'm really f***ing angry because this!

That's fucked up when those "You-Know-Who" tries to get your sexy arts removed.

Plus, I don't do a lot of sexy art that much either because some people would end up asking me for their stupid requests on sexy girls because my hands are tied because of the other things that I have to do...

I can't pretend to understand what it's like to be pulled this way and that with commissions, a comic, and clean/dirty pic management. But taking some time to draw some lingering ideas does sound like a great way to get back into the swing of things.

In your case I'm wondering if DA is really worth all the drama. You could just throw up a Wordpress blog and buy cheap hosting. Most artists I follow on the net tend to favor the simplicity of blogging their latest works as apposed to maintaining a gallery. But I digress...

Hope you get to have some real fun with whatever you got in mind.

As unfortunate as that is for commissioners, its wonderful for fans of your art. Art will stop feeling less like a job, and more like a hobby for you once again. ^_^
